Yes. Cooling keeps the IT load running just as much as the UPS does, and the electrical side of the cooling plant can be imaged live in the same visit: the panels, motor control centres, drives and isolators that feed chillers, CRAH or CRAC units and pumps. Survey while the plant is running at a typical duty, so those connections are carrying current.
